First time ordering. And no response from seller. And they marked it do not safe drop. When I never asked for that. I simply included in my address back door delivery theft prevention. And they make it do not safe drop. This is ridiculous. Was really looking forward to a new supplier for my business needs but if they don’t even answer emails.... what 24/7 service??? I’ve heard great things about the ink though.....

La cartouche n'était vraiment pas bien rempli, dès le premier usage l'encre était très pale. Ce fut la même chose pour les 2 cartouches.
