Cable works fine, no significant noise on the line, the shielding is obviously contributing to the clean signal. Speed is as it should be. A bit bulky, so I’ll stick with the flat cable type for my in-home network - this does not mean that the cable is not functioning as well as it should - it matches the functionality just fine. The comment about flat vs. round format is purely cosmetic Get whichever format you prefer.

I needed to add a network switch to extend my wi-fi coverage. I decided to run a network cable from my router to a 4-port switch. I was then able to use 1 port from the switch to my computer and another for my NVidia shield connected to my TV. My I challenge you to find a better deal on network cables.
