    Purchased this and ran the cable from my basement to the main floor, took me almost 4 hours to do this Plugged the cable into the router and it didn't work Went through all the troubleshooting with alternate devices and still didn't work Contact customer service with no response, reevaluating my purchases through this platform and sticking with Amazon
