The toner cartridge would not install. Close examination comparing to the old cartridge revealed that the chip was installed backwards. Once reversed, all is well. I expect the cartridge will now preform as expected. Makes me wonder about quality control (none?).

Worked well, printed great, but we ordered our last one in May and 6 months later it's already giving us the toner low warning. We've maybe printed 1,500-2,000 pages. Regular text, nothing crazy or high ink required. I'd probably order again to test another (because it did work well while it worked), but if it did the same then it's a waste if you only get 40% of what it calls for.

Seemed to work just fine on regular paper. On labels, however, the ink would rub off. As I was mostly printing labels, I returned the product. If you're just printing text though, it worked for me just fine.

Print quality is just fine, but the toner couldn't have lasted more than 2000 pages before the printer said it was empty.
