I have been buying this brand for the last 5 years and it's been been fantastic, however the last 3 I purchased have been horrible. Part way through the first one, the little sprocket on the left broke off so it started printing blank pages because the roller wasn't turning. I then ordered a 2 pack, inserted one and it was leaving large blotches and lines on every page. Took it out and replaced with the second new one, and it was doing the exact same thing. I started thinking that maybe it was the printer malfunctioning so sprang for a genuine Samsung toner (4 times the price), installed it and instantly back to getting perfect printouts like I used to. Obviously there is nothing wrong with my printer. Hopefully this is just a bad manufacturing run because I can't afford to start paying the genuine cost. Would change to a 5 star if the quality came back to what it used to be.

The product has always been good for the last 14 years, but this is the first shipment that the delivery is totally unacceptable. An order on December 17 and delivery on January 7 is far too long in comparison to numerous prior shipments.

Extremely disappointed. Had one of these that lasted ~750 pages of general office use. Figured it was just a faulty unit so we ordered another. The second lasted less than 1000 pages. This has only been an issue since switching to the Moustache brand.
