i can only assume it is okay as I have not received the product yet... its only been about 2 weeks since I ordered it

Bought two cartridges. Tried the first one and it didn't work. Wouldn't recognize the black cartridge in the printer,Tried everything cleaning, test print , etc. but nothing worked. Inserted and tried the second one I bought and it worked fine.

price could be better

Had an issue where the printer would not recognize the cartridge. I advised C&G and they sent out a replacement. Unfortunately I have already installed the one from a hi yield value pak so it will be some time before I see whether the replacement works properly. I as impressed with the prompt resolution of the issue however and will order again.
