I've been using Mustache® toner for a long time, but sometimes there are defective items... The product I received this time is not recognized by the printer. I applied for an exchange, but haven't received any response yet. Customer service doesn't seem to be very good... However, as long as my printer doesn't break down, I will continue to use Mustache® products, so I'm giving 2 instead of 1 maple.

Your catridge is not working. I callled and sent an email since last week. I did receive any reply from you. If I don't hear from you in two days, I will post a bad report on my experience with that company.

Toner cartridges were NOT compatible with my Samsung printer. When installed and I turned on the printer, it sounded like the gears were all breaking. Very disappointed! Thankfully, was able to send back for a full refund. Back to brand name :(
