I give this a 0 for product it exploded when I installed in my printer ruining my printer. When I called customer service they weren’t very helpful to be honest could care Jess my $400 printers ruined because this ink they sold me which was obviously defective. They did offer a refund for the ink. But still doesn’t compensate for the loss of my printer now I am stuck buying a new printer. I would not recommend this ink ! Picture shown after I wiped up most of the mess but u can see the ink was everywhere

Tried Moustache brand again and the print quality is terrible. Lines are streaky and printed text is illegible. I would not recommend.

I installed this cartridge yesterday. Ink seems to be dry. One line prints slight black and then printer start using color ink. It is very bad cartridge. I will run out of colur ink also. I need a new replacement for it.

I had my misgivings about the re-manufactured cartridge and also purchased the 241XL colour re-manufactured cartridge. I should have listened to my intuition and went with the original mfg. Very disappointed and frustrated that they both do not work at all. I feel like I wasted my money and got ripped off as now they can't be returned since they are opened. How are you going to know if they function if you can't try them without opening the packaging? I tried everything possible to make them function and to no avail. Since I didn't have anymore ink for printing, I had to run out today and purchase elsewhere as I have a business to run.
