I had a toner cartridge issue and ink123cartridges responded to my email quickly about the issue. They promptly provided a shipping label to return to cartridge to their quality control department. It was received, inspected and I was then called to ask if I wanted a full refund or replacement. I gladly accepted the replacement, as any company that stands behind its products as throughly as they did will always get my service. The toner was returned in record time and after a good few days of testing preforms as it should. The Staff at ink123cartridges's customer service was polite and prompt.
