Je n ai pas reçu le bon produit et en attente

I've been ordering these toners for almost 3 years...and loved them! Now the last 2 orders have had issues. My printer gives me a "not compatible toner cartridge" error message. Very frustrating.

I bought this based on all customers review! I wonder how did this get all this positive feedback! This cartridge printed first five pages nicely, then ink started to fade on all prints. I don't think I'll be buying this again. even if my review didn't get through online . at least 123inkcartridges know that I was not happy and disappointed.
