I have received the cartridge in four days so it is so quick. I have this dell printer so i have ordered more and all tones came safe and sound. it worked very well without any problems. cost is so great compare to other suppliers. website is always updated and clear. no drama in there. and their customer services is so quick and to the point. no any other drama in customer services.
