This is perfect! It has rubber ends, just twisted both ends out evenly until barely holding itself in place, lined it up to be even and grabbed both of the grips and turned forward/upward until it was so tight I almost couldn't get it back down. I weigh 100lbs., and it's quite durable, so it will probably last a very long time. I thoroughly recommend this product.

just as described. works great in our 2-6 door frame with no screws or the brackets even though they send them.my daughter who is 100lbs does more then chinups swinging around like it was a parrallel bar. order came promptly with no issues. thumbs up total worth it

Descent "filler item" if you need to meet the free shipping threshold. Not sure the foam wraps are really needed though.

The bar was exactly what I wanted. Easy to install without having to screw anything into the doorway. Not sure how the foam covering will stand up, otherwise the product is perfect.
