Very easy to use, reliable. What I don't like is that it doesn't have the automatic paper feed for photocopying...so every page has to be done one at a time.

This printer seems to be good value for the money. The copies look sharp and it does duplex fairly quickly and smoothly. There was no problem connecting it to my wireless network so I can produce copies without being in the room where the printer is. All in all, I am quite satisfied.

This is the third Brother laser printer I have purchased over the past ten years and I am pleased with my purchase - once again! A small footprint so that it can sit on my desk along with my large-sized screen; quality output; wireless connectivity; duplexing capability; and a nice touch-capable interface that provides scanning & copying capabilites! A lot of functionality for a very good price ($129.99) So why four stars instead of five? It is noisy when operating and cooling down. Keep in mind, however, that I am sitting about one foot from the printer since it sits on my desk.

This machine delivers good work for a good price. The printing functions are well designed. I haven't yet used scanning much, and I think that function is a little more challenging, but I'm learning. Much better purchase than the multi-function deskjet (of another company) that we had before this laserjet.

This printer has worked great other than when we have had power outages- then it starts spitting out pages of gibberish which may have something to do with losing it's communication with the router. It's happened several times and at one point i had to reinstall to make it quit. I did contact customer support, they did call me, but the printer was working then. Turning the printer off and using the "stop exit" button didn't stop the printer from printing off the gibberish pages. Now if I plan to be gone any length of time, I turn it off. But i did figure out it had something to do with our electrical power going off and on.
