Bought this product as a gift for a family member. Having had the product a few weeks, I have come to realize it's many uses. It's portability (for this type of product) is absolutely simple. My kids have even grown to pick it up from time to time just passing by. One child can perform pushups, while at the same time holding the unit in place as the other child performs sit-ups. One note-able mention: Once installed in doorway (for chin up use), the retainer clip that slips behind the top door trim, does place outward bound pressure on the trim itself. If you have improperly installed door trim, this product could definitely become unattached during use. I have tried this on old 1924 cherry wood framed doors, and new style colonial trimmed doors........no issues at all.

Installation simple, rapide et efficace. C'était venu avec le guide d'installation. Par contre, il y a eu des pièces en trop qui m'a fait douter de mon installation...mais que en fin de compte les vises ne servaient en fait à rien. Autrement, la mousse est comfortable. Il y avait aussi le petit guide d'exercices pour ceux qui ne savent pas où commencer. Fait bien le travail pour quelqu'un qui veut commencer une mise en forme sans toutefois avoir l'espace nécessaire pour les équipements de gym.

This exercise bar is is very sturdy. I'm looking forward to using it.
