Has very cheap looking components in comparison to other ones that look the same. Not installed yet - waiting to pick up a better quality hot water line. Will update once it is installed - we are hoping it checks all the boxes.

Not a good experience, the hot water adapter leaked!

I installed correctly but it made a huge toilet seat gap. I'm fine with tiny gaps but these ones were huge...

I wanted to like this unit. But it had a number or things working against it. The portion under the seat is overly thick. I do have other bidet wash units on other toilets that are at least half as thick as this one. It needs to go back to the drawing board. It needs a more sleek design. One that won't cause issues with toilet seats. Also the vinyl hosing and connections left me feeling uneasy with it. In the end I removed it and it is now sitting in a closet.
