Hot water nossil wad broken.

Finally have it installed. The nozzle on the left dose'nt spray in any settings. It dribbles inside the toilet. Seems to me there is either a blockage or not enough pressure in the unit to push the water at the nozzle. The right nozzle works fine. Would like a word back. TY PP
