Lorsque j'ai reçu mon imprimante il y avait un problème avec le Toner. À l'impression, l'imprimante me disait qu'il n 'y avait pas de Toner. J'ai communiqué avec le service à la clientèle et ils ont accepté de me retourner une cartouche de Toner

Très beau produit petite un peu difficile avec tablette android inscrit non compatible avec l'application la tablette a seulement 2 ans . Mais imprime très bien mon garçon A réussi à faire que ça fonctionne.Merci .

Prints fine. However, paper (heavy duty and thick) comes thru curled up and one has to grab sheets one at a time as they come out, or a multipage document comes out jumbled all over the floor. If one uses light paper the curling is much worse.

So far it works great, prints quickly and clearly.

We needed a basic printer for our shipping department. No need for a scanner, colour, fax or any other function. This little printer fits the job perfectly. Curves the paper a bit more than we would like but nothing we can't handle.
