    I've been an IT guy for nearly 30 years and rarely have been frustrated with any piece of equipment like I have this one. I'm sure as a straight USB printer it's wonderful, and air print...I'm sure that great. All i needed it to do was be a wifi network printer, and it couldn't have failed worse. Multi conversations with tech support (as though i haven't set up hundreds of network printers) and no love. I have set this thing up at least a dozen times, configured a static IP address, even gone as far as reserving the address on the network in case that was the problem...but if I turn the printer off and unplug it for a while, it NEVER reconnects to the network, and I have to connect to the printer hotspot and set it up again....every single freaking time. Totally frustrated with this useless garbage system, they really could have made a decent product...the hardware quality looks pretty decent, but the software/firmware side...total garbage and this unit is a waste of money if you intend to use it as an occasional printer you unplug and put away for a few weeks between uses...I absolutely hate it and will never buy or recommend this brand ever. I've bought some cheap junk before and had low expectations....but i needed it just to do one thing and it seems it can't. Would have been worth it to buy a more expensive unit just for the ridiculous amount of time I've spent fighting with the piece of junk.

      L'imprimante bloque continuellement. J'arrive pour imprimer ça bloque mon ordinateur. J'ai ré-installé le logiciel 3x et après quelques impressions, le probléme revient. Je l'ai fait sur mon Laptop avec W10 et sur un ordinateur avec W7 standard et même problème. J'ai appelé le service à la clientèle et ont m'a répondu que je pouvais retourner l'imprimante avec le transport à mes frais et une charge de 30% comme frais de restockage... Méchant Service

        • After many years of faithful service, I had to replace my original P2500W although the price had tripled. Hooked it up, ran the install and nothing worked. • Hmm. Three times the price and not working. • Buying a membership to Shopper+ promised a $45 discount which never appeared on the invoice. • After over two weeks, my request to speak to a supervisor has still not been answered. • Several failed trials with tech support, a courteous and knowledgeable person, gave me a partially working printer. • Some days later I retried the install. After multiple failures, it installed successfully. • Thus, not a tech support issue, but an install problem. • Prior to this charade I used to recommend the Pantum printer.

          I purchased this printer 10 days ago. The delivery was fast. I have problem with the installation, I couldn't installed through USB and WIFI. After few times contact technical support and customer service, the problems couldn't be solved, so i decided to return. More headache is on the returning process, no customer service can decide to give me return, whatever you talk to them they just listen. I have no idea how to do business. I want my money back!!!!!!!!!!!

            Useless when one does not have a computer, only a tablet.There is no pantum app that can be download to the tablet, so impossible to the printer on the router. Works if we either connect it directly with a computer with a cable, or do wi-fi direct without internet, so if the document to be printed is on One drive, it is not accessible. Totally useless if you do not own a computer.

              Je pensais que c'était une imprimante couleur, quelle déception, c'est pour cette raison que je l'ai retourné
