I've had this battery pack for almost a month now and am quite disappointed. It does not live up to its claimed capacity at all. I have a Samsung S4 which has a 2600mAh battery. That means I should get exactly 4 full charges out of this 10400mAh charger. Well, I don't. I typically get about 2.5 charges. In case you are wondering, I would keep track at what percentage my phone's battery was at each night I plugged it in and would would add up the amount charged over the 3 nights. Example, if my phone was down to 20% then that means the charger added 80% over night, etc. Over the 3 nights it would never reach a total of 250% whereas it should have made it to 400%. And yes, I ALWAYS charged this battery pack fully. I will say that the 2.1A USB port charges the phone pretty darn cast. Like others have said, I see no use for the 1.0A port. As well, it takes a LONG time to charge up this battery pack from a PC's USB port. I'm hoping they will exchange this for anothe that hopefully performs better. Cheers.
