Printer was delivered in good time. When I followed instructions for installation, printer gave me all sorts of errors. There is nowhere in the instruction that it will take up to 10 minutes for printer to prime cartridges. Printer was delivered with empty cartridges. I have called the help line and got excellent service. Well, I needed just a printer and I print a lot. If printer is connected to internet cable wireless function is disabled. With capacity of 2400 pages per high capacity black cartridge and both sides printing, it should be a very cost effective printer. I brought a value pack of compatibal cartridges as well, they're perfect match the mechine, as awesome as the OEM. I think I made a very good choice and Epson customer support was there when I needed it. Software installation was a very easy one. It is a lot easier to choose between color and black printing than on some other printers. And its fast.

The unit does exactly what it is advertised to do. The paper tray keeps the paper flat, out of sight, and holds a large supply. The installation of the ink cartridges are quick and easy. The double sided printing definitely saves paper. The unit prints many different sizes of paper plus envelopes. The unit is very quiet and as advertised, has a dynamic print speed. I did not want a flimsy toy, I wanted a solid built unit and I got it. After exstensive research I chose Epson and I am glad I did. The unit is far superior to what I had,(It was not and Epson).

i WAS SURPRISED BY HOW WELL IT INSTALLED AND WORKED ON AN MACHINE THAT IS RUNNING xp AS AN opSYS. The print has wifi should be fine with all other devices and opSys win 7, 8, 10 and apple products. Thanks

This printer will not print small envelopes at all. It will not print landscape from Word unless you use the envelope function. My printer didn't even have enough ink in the cartridges to prime the print head.

Have had this model for over a year and it is still delighting us every day we use it. Fast, trouble-free, high-quality color printing, easy connectivity to both Wi-Fi and wired networks, and full compatibility with AirPrint for our iPads and iPhones. Ink usage is low, and large-capacity cartridges make it perfect for high-volume use.

I have been using laser printers for years and have always been disappointed on how long they last. Of course, the images are crisp but the price/page is always extreme. The WP-4020 has finally changed my mind! I can now get crisp images at an affordable price point. I should have gone this route years ago!
