Quality is good. Minimal bouncing when running. Overall would recommend it.

The strap is not elastic, but part of the belt is, so it fits comfortably. Main pocket (zippered) has divider, and there's an additional pocket in front with velcro'd flap. The main pocket is large enough for my iphone 6 with Spigen case, but not much room to spare for anything bigger than that. No reflective material :(

The pocket can't fit an extra large phone like NOTE 4, everthing else is perfect. light weight and stable.
