Pour en avoir acheté dans le passé, c'est un bon produit. Tres solide, long tres pratique. Juste que celui acheté, un fois branché ne fonctionnait pas.

Contacted customer support for broken defective cable end and was denied lifetime warranty support. So be careful when purchasing as "lifetime warranty" will be disputed. Was told claim for defective cable end failure is not covered by warranty. So leaves me wondering, what does the warranty cover? I used to purchased many lifetime cables from Primecables and never had a warranty claim denied. Will no longer pay for a lifetime support advertised items if the product will not be supported.

Almost too long for regular use. Broke quickly.

I bought 4 at Christmas. One did not work immediately. Returned it. Within 3 weeks the other 3 stopped working too. And within the next week the 4th one I already returned once, stopped working. I’m in the midst of trying to return all items. I’d skip the headache and buy somewhere else. Not a reliable product.
