The quality difference is obvious. For some reason, the thickness of the letters, and the spacing between the letters change with each time I use the labelmaker. I don't understand why it is that way but as soon as I put a Brother brand cartridge back in then it prints perfectly. When I put the "no name" cartridge in, it goes back to printing differently. I guess that's what I get for wanting to save a few dollars.
