What I received are nothing like the image shown here. I drew this to the attention of a CSR and she took the matter up with her manager. I was assured that the items were compatible and indeed they work just fine, but they are not what I ordered. These appear to be similar to proprietary Brother cartridges.

Ink leaked out of cartridges as soon a I pulled off the tape to install them. Got a refund minus the shipping cost. Would not recommend this product.
