False advertising/incompatible product for LC103 printer. DO NOT ORDER. These are not the ink cartridges received. They do not even look like this picture and do NOT work as advertised with my LC103 printer. They are made of cheaper plastic with no clip knob to remove from printer. The ink cartridges Eco boxes I received DO NOT WORK - however the old cartridges I have received previously (and do look like this photo) used to be compatible. Now I’m trying to get a refund for this incompatible product. I bought multiple boxes, expecting them to be the same product as before.

I would like to have country of origin on the product. I will gladly pay a premium for Canadian product, second choice USA. Ask Germany how they like the cheap Russian oil.

As the experts say, and I found out the hard way, only use Brother originals. These trashed my printer. They pluged the heads and cleaning them didn't work.

I cleaned and aligned my printer many times. the black is newly installed...two of them. fresh from the package...and it just doesn't show up at all. the quality is crap. I bought back up ink and black is what I use the most...and both does not work.

If I ever receive it I will let you know. Ordered almost 2 weeks ago and stuck somewhere with Canada Post. I paid for the shipping. Change your shipping company!
