je n'ai vraiment pas aimé ces produits j'Ai tout changé mes cartouches et je les ai gaspillées car mes imprimantes imprimes pas depuis que j'ai changé ça disait changé vos cartouches l'encre est basse mes 2 imprimantes impriment plus j'ai jeté toutes mes cartouches .

I have been buying this product since 2014 from your company, but the last shipment's quality seem to have gone down very badly. The printouts from my Brother printer are not clear. I shall appreciate if you would issue a refund or charge the difference to buy original Brother cartridges. Thank you.
