I am very pleased with the original cartridge. I had tried to be economical, using the substitute cartridge and had major difficulty with streaks appearing on my work. Despite multiple efforts to clean the ink heads I could not. After I inserted the original cartridge and went through the cleaning procedure my prints were once again crisp and clear. I learned my lesson and will henceforth only use the original product.

the packages were crumpled within the delivery pouch --thank goodness the product is hard plastic
