Invoice rec'd dated, 05/10/2024 #41073667 Brother original colour ink combo C/M/Y Mode LC 101 3 pk - Total order $63.82 MY PRINTER IS: MFC J497DW - on opening the above Cyan ink, & apparently in my rush to order & dismay i discovered it did not fit & realized i ordered the wrong ink # for my printer. This has never happened to me before. i do realize your return policy for Brother Ink but this is costly for me to place another order. The 2 other colours are intact, not opened in original box. Would there be any compensation for me as i now am needing ink in my computer. My recourse is to buy the one at Staples, but have been very pleased with my orders from Shopper + in the past.
