Very heavy, surprisingly bulky : damaged the walls. simply not as neat as hope . Stuck out of a 24" telly in a most unsightly way. Tried to return it but stuck with it. it's boxed up in a pile of things for use as found things.

Not as advertised. Not compatible with Sharp 55" TVs. They charge restocking fees for shipping incorrect item. Not recommended to buy from this company. Better to go with Amazon.

Assez facile à installer et de belle qualité mais malgré toutes mes précautions pour bien mettre la plaque murale de niveau, une fois installée mon téléviseur est pas de niveau du tout. Très mauvais service à la clientèle qui me redit de bien installer ma plaque dans du solide ce que j’ai fait. Les trois grosses vis sont dans des montants en bois du mur. Impossible que ce soit plus solide que ça.

the product was so bad it never even showed up for me to write a proper review! Canada post lost it in transit and Shoppers plus is doing absolutely NOTHING about this situation. cant even get a reply from them to let me know the hell is going on.

Not happy with this mount at all. It claims to support the following: "VESA 400X400, 400X200, 300X300, 200X200, 200X100, 100X100, 75x75". However, the only screws included are M6 and M8. No M4 screws, which are required for 100x100 (which my TV is) and smaller VESA standards. So while yes, technically the mounting pattern supports smaller TVs, they don't include the necessary screws for installation. I would assume if buying a mount for a TV that stated it supported multiple VESA standards, it would be common sense to include the screws necessary to mount each size. Also, if you value any of the ports on the back of your TV (HDMI etc) DO NOT use the included cable routing attachments. The clip-on plastic routing channels are positioned too close to the hinges, so any sort of movement you make to position the TV, causes the nearby routed wires a very likely chance of kinking. I noticed this before routing my cables, but despite being careful, leaving appropriate slack for movement, my HDMI cable kinked up and was torn from the back of the TV. The connector was completely bent and destroyed. Thankfully, the HDMI port on the TV still works, but who knows if it did any long term damage. Oh, and the cheap plastic covers that are used to hide the screws and make it look nice, just fall off. Sometimes, you get what you pay for - but not in a good way.

I purchased this a while back and just had the opportunity to install it. It says it will handle a 75lb 55inch television, but we put a 50lb 44" television on it and it sags terribly. When pushed to the wall the single arm attached to the television twists to the point that the television will move away from the wall all on it's own. We have tightened every joint as much as we think is safe, and still the issue persists. It is only a 25$ wall mount, and it is the only reason we haven't bothered to send it back. Unless you are mounting a very light sub 30lbs set, I would avoid this mount.
