Absolute junk. The remote shutter Is not recognized by my iPhone 6S and cannot be paired. This means the selfie stick is useless. Went on various websites, searched for apps, rebooted phone, the whole nine yards. Usually never have complaints with Shopper+, but this is definitely one product that they should never have offered to their customers.

Very cheap, the remote is not good quality. Wish the controls were just built into the handle like other models I have used before. Too bad I couldn't give less than a star. Unfortunately I have to give a star to write the review.

with the weight of the phone, the thumb screw locks don't work more than a few seconds to hold the phone in position

The part for holding the phone does not screw into the selfie stick, the holes are misaligned so it does not work.
