plastic protective cover prevents charging cable from seating well enough to charge the phone. The cable thickness is too FAT to fit through the hole in the cover. It fits in the phone, but not with the cover on.

I bought the pack in Feb 2019 and today Oct 27, 2020 my last cable died. First the cover on the charging point comes out and then they just stop charging same thing happened to all of them. For the price I except they should last more than this.

Good quality cable. seems well put together at first. after a few months, nylon sheath retracts causing the heatshrink to become exposed. the heat shrink doesn't cover the wires all the way up into the connector shell but it doesn't. exposing the wires. I make my own headphone cables which I use nylon sheaths for and what causes this issue is using too short of nylon sheathing and stretching it out to max length and securing the nylon. This makes the cable feel more firm and rigid, but the problems show up when the nylon isn't secured with adhesive heatshrink (in the case of this cable, there is zero evidence of any adhesive being used for this cable. The nylon seems to be held in place only the usb connector housing. only way to make this way work is if you give a lot more nylon slack so that bending and coiling the cable won't eventually pull out the nylon like what happened with mine. Great features on the cables, just not correctly put together.
