2 of the 3 coloured cartridges tried were not recognized by my printer and had to be returned. It was a long process troubleshoot then have to mail back the cartridges before replacements could be provided. Its 14 days after my order and I stilll dont have working cartridges for my printer. Have yet to be satisfied with my purchase.
