Both black inks were dried out and only print from less than half of the print heads. Customer service was prompt and helpful but I have yet to receive replacements.

We're started ordering these a few month ago for our printer. They were great replacement inks for a while and we do find that they are able to be read correctly by our printer without issue. We also found that these inks tend to print with less vibrancy as a whole but that works for our printing needs so we are okay with that. However, the last black inks we've ordered recently (Since December) been streaky/printing as if they are out of ink already when they are fresh out of the package. We had to replace a cartridge twice on the replacement plan and each replacement still had the same issue. We're happy to use recycled inks to save on cartridge disposal and can accept a slightly less vibrant pigment for the savings in price. However we are frustrated now that we can't rely on what we order even working when we get it.

The black ink worked just fine but the colour ink cartridge only printed in different shades of pink. I replaced that cartridge with another and it worked fine. So I got a faulty color cartridge with that order.

I found the black cartridge to work well at first, but after a while, lines printed were "off", no longer printing straight and letters were printing fuzzy. I thought at first that the printer heads needed to be aligned. Went through that, cleaning, etc but no go. I thought there was something wrong with my new printer. Then, I changed the cartridge for another Mustache one and it was fine. I thought that first one was just defective but then the new one started doing the same thing after a little while. Too bad... guess I'll have to buy Canon cartridges...
