Wasted 4 cartridges (2 cyan and 2 magenta from my stock) and had to get OEM Epson cartridges at a cost of $48.96 (tax included for a three pack of C Y M to get my printer running again. Add to this the time and frustration involved and I'm not at all pleased. First purchase worked, but these did not.

ink dries out quickly when not used have to print pages weekly to ensure it doesn't dry out

The black cartridges did not work as they have in the past. Your customer service person arranged for new replacements and the first one that was inserted works fine.

J’ai acheté de l'encre de couleur noir, mais j'ai eu des fuites dans l'intérieur de l'imprimante, elle est remplie d'encre, j'ai beaucoup de travail pour la sécher. La prochaine fois j'achèterai l'original.
