    I order 25 ft lenghts of these (I don't think they carry this length anymore). Have had these cables for 4 years now. Connected to my screen once, and then never been moved. I received my initial order of two cables, both arrived dead. Contacted support, they sent out two more; of those, both were dead again so they sent out two more replacements. Of these two replacements, one was working, one was not. Support sent out one more replacement, which also seemed to work. I noticed one of my screens would flicker from time to time, but I figured it was my cheap $100 monitor. It wasn't. Upgraded to ASUS ROG monitors now, and one of the cables is failing badly - screen keeps doing the same thing my previous one was - going black, and getting some gray flickering. Only one of the cables is somewhat operational. Got 6 cables, out of which 5 have failed. So....83% failure rate. Horrible quality. Wish I could back and get a full refund....

      Been using these for 2 years, and these cables have started cutting out during use. I do not recommend these cables at all. AVOID THESE CABLES!!!!!!!! Customer Service is great - they really helped me out. I was afraid they'd leave me hanging after one replacement, but they sent many replacements. The QA on these cables is non-existent; I don't understand how 50% of the cables I received were completely defective - like the manufacturer didn't even do basic QA testing. I first bought these cables in Dec 2018/Jan 2019. I bought 2 of these in 6ft length. Unfortunately, both were defective. I contacted customer support, and they sent me two more replacements. One replacement was also defective. They then sent me a third replacement, one of which was also defective again. Basically, out of six cables I bought from Prime Cables, 3 were outright defective, 1 sort of worked, and two worked. I am using these on two monitors mounted on my desk. I am not bending or kinking the cables in a weird way - they are being used normally. I am not doing anything crazy or abnormal with these cables - they are indoors, in a dark room, with no nearby interference, and are in mostly straight runs (no bends or kinks).

        Monitor cuts out randomly when using this cable.
