    The cable is thick and the 10ft length is nice, however, every few minutes I get weird graphical artifacts, with random black boxes appearing on the screen and covering most of it. I have attached a picture showing a big black rectangle at the right of the screen, and checkered boxes at the bottom.

    TLDR Cable is cheap and can cause issues detecting a monitors full resolution. Spend the extra money and get a higher quality cable. PrimeCable support is good!!. Using cable with a 2560x1440 60Hz monitor and this cable has struggled with displaying the full resolution every so often. Every couple of weeks the monitor will output only 960×720. I was given a replacement cable, but unfortunately the replacement cable will do the same thing. In order to get the 2560x1440 resolution back, you have to unplug and re-plug in the the cable a number of times, before the full resolution is shown. Besides that, the cable is thick and not bendable. This makes the cable routing difficult. The cable sheathing feels cheap and thin. I would spend more money to get a cable that is built better that doesn't have these issues.
