This is a very compact adaptor, allowed me to connect my Macbook Pro (which has all USB-C fad connectors) to my monitor. I took a white one but a black one would be ideal so it doesn't grow dirty after a while.

I bought it to connect my Thinkpad laptop. I wanted to connect two monitors to my laptop but it had only one HDMI output. Luckily it also had a USB-C output. I was able to do a multi screen setup in minutes. Windows did most of the setup for me. I tried it with my phone that has USB-C charging port and it mirrored to the monitor too. Quality is great as usual.
