I have purchased 6 of these over the past year as gifts for my family. They are very good quality. One of them frayed after a year of use but I'm sure it took a lot of abuse from my daughter. Other genereic cables I have bought in the past work for a while and then the iOS devices don't recognize them anymore. These cables are Apple Certified and they are still working after a year of use. I would buy again if needed but I don't think I will need to replace these for a while. Price is great. What blows me away is the cost of shipping is cheap even in Canada.
