I was looking for a product that would enable me to download a logo, and then add information to a label. By connecting this labeller to my PC I could do it! I downloaded the editing program from Brother and it was simple. For simple labels, don't need to connect to computer. Great product!

The P-Touch by itself print very nicely, but the 3 stars are in reference to the software, it's very complicated and needs a good amount of time to get used to it and the Brother service is not the best. In the end, after numerous calls, I finally talked to someone that knew what he was talking about and the problem was fixed in 2 minutes. But the time and frustration to get there was not great to say the least! Now that I know how to use it, it's very good.
