Great quality and perfect for laptop computers

Purchased for summer vacation, broke after a few uses. I was out of the country when this happened and missed the return window. I spoke to customer service and explained my situation, but they refused to do anything about it. Extremely disappointing and won't be purchasing again, definitely don't recommend this backpack to anyone else!
