Afraid to load more as problems occurred immediately after being used without issue for years with HP

The colors up to now act normally but the black ink is not. I had to ask a replacement because in order to get good results, my print head needs to be cleaned with the printers menu before any job (thus wasting ink). Then I received my first replacement. It was broken (maybe its the shipping but they don't put enough protection... so still on their end...). Then I received a second replacement. It was even more broken and the black ink was spilled in the packaging plastic bag the cartridge comes in. See attached picture. Sorry 123ink I had good service before but now I've been waiting more than a month for something to fix that, and my printers' print head is probably going to damage if you guys don't do something. Sent many messages, didn't get an answer to the 3 or 4 last ones... Shame.

I have ordered these a few times. I have NEVER had the black cartridge work. Other colours 3 out of 4 may work. Have had to use oem cartridge for black. Not worth any cost savings with the number of rejected cartridges. Last order 100% bad cartridges not recognized by printer. Won't order these again. NOT RECOMMENDED.

We have tried these twice and they simply do not work in our printer. Original HP are the only one that work

I just bought it and it doesn't work with my printer. Even when you bypass the warning about the cartridge not being genuine, it keeps stopping the print job. I usually buy the Moustache brand for my other printers and never had a problem but it wasn't available for this one: X476dw. I don't recommend this brand if you have a HP X476dw.
