Did not fit my printer as advertised Brother MFC 485DW, will return.

I am a long time customer. This the first time that I had a problem. Both Cyan and Magenta were leakers. During the installation, I got ink all over my hands and the computer. Luckily, I had spares and was able to continue the instalation.

This product leaked toner ink profusely when removed the yellow seal tab. The second cartridge I opened started leaking as well. The product also did not fit into my printer/

Je viens de recevoir ma commande et j’ai ouvert 2 cartouche sur deux ne fonctionnait pas. J’ai du en acheté d’une autre marque.

I ordered this for my MFC-J5620DW printer. On the box it says its compatible with this model but actually it doesn't work. Very disappointed!
