My malamute finds it to be better that dog bed or carpet, but still prefers tiled floors. Vinyl outer layer punctures a bit too easily by dog’s nails.

personally, I like it. right out of the package I could feel the material being cool to the touch. As soon as I lay it on the floor, one of my cats lay on it, but after that, no one is using it. I ordered the large and it is not as pictured, bigger than an adult dog. I have two 12 lb cats and my biggest is almost as the same size of a small dog and 2 of them do not fit together. The shipping and quality are both great.

Haven't used yet, waiting for my puppy, will update later.
