Really bad experience so far. The bolts provided wont fit and really hard to install so far. I have opened a support ticket but haven't heard after an email. I am gonna wait and then return it. Thanks

Instructions were not clear and didn't match parts when comparing them to their pictures in the instructions. A washer was also missing from the parts included (only 7 when there should have been 8).

Easy to assemble and install. But the instructions do not indicate the last (and most important steps) about 1) which tool(s) you will need to tighten the up & down tilt mechanism for each monitor 2) which nut for each tilt mechanism needs to be tightened to lock in the tilt Also in the photographs, monitors are shown completely straight. The sub-par tilt mechanism does not allow this to happen. If you can manage to hold the monitor straight, while tightening the nut at the same time, it will never hold the monitor completely straight (i.e. it will sag, resulting in a slight downward tilt). Once you have your tilt locked in, you should not attempt to move the monitor at all - because the crappy tilt mechanism will loosen so easily, resulting in a loss of tilt-lock, and your monitor will sag fully downward. I can see why this product has been on sale for so long - it is terrible!!

The parts did not match. The hole for the arm was too big for the main bracket. Has to improvise to hold the thing together, as i have already dismantled my old monitor from the stand. Product feels cheap, does not move smoothly.
