Well since you sent me a leaking blue cartridge that wasn’t the moustache brand, but was compatible anyways without telling me, you get a 3. The blue ink on my desk and fingers that are essentially permanent make you a 2. You would be a 1 if not for speed of delivery and the fact that the cartridges work.
