This product lasted only 6 months. My issue was that the wire where it enters the connector for the tablet, failed. When I enquired, I was told the warranty had already expired . Disappointed with the product, and Shoppers claim of expired warranty.

I bought this cord and tried it out, was working fine. Then withing TWO DAYS it simply stopped working completely out of the blue. I haven't even been able to get a hold of anyone from customer support. What a complete ripoff. Highly recommend not wasting your money on this product.
