I have no doubt the quality of the product is great, my father has never had problems with your inks but I'm giving it 3 star only because a 1 star would be unfair since my problem has nothing to do with the quality of the product - the information is just not complete.. I took the time to look if it was compatible with my printer and despite it being written it's ok with model MFC-J485DW, it is in fact not. This is my first time buying an ink cartridge, and now that I look at my current ones and the ones I bought, maybe the XL part was important... Perhaps writting that in the description of compatibility would make sure it doesn't happen to another client.

I have been buying Compatible Ink from 123Ink long before they became part of Shopper+. Back then it was labeled under a different name than Moustache® and I was always very happy with it. But once the name changed to Moustache®, I started to find inconsistency with it. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's not. I inquired about the different ink but was assured that it was still from the exact same supplier and still made the same as they always had in the past; nothing had changed other than the name on the label. I can't say I agree with what they have told me since I'm not the only one that feels that Moustache® inks are not as good as they were before the name changed. So if you can't afford to buy OEM inks, and you're not sure what to buy, Moustache® inks are only OK... but there are so many very bad inks out there and cost even more, and so few inks that are just as good as Moustache® Inks, so I stick with the one that I know and when I do get a set with a problem I just call and tell them and Shopper+ takes care of me without any hassles at all. il me semble que la durée ( encre ) est moindre que les cartouches Brother . La livraison n'a pas été faite a la bonne adresse .
