Product arrived quickly and was easy to install. Quality is very good. The printer told me it was not an original HP product but still worked well. Price was very good compared to original HP. Quality wise can't tell the difference.

I had problem with one of the cartridge Cyan. The problem was resolved by the customer service but I asked to be contacted by a supervisor and never got called back.
