Did not get a chance to try product. Terrible packaging. Bottles were unsecured and entire contents of 5x800mL bottles of cleaning agents purchased soaked through entire cardboard box, ruining all contents within, my carpets and hardwood flooring. Huge mess to clean!! Very upsetting. Buyer beware ordering cleaners/ liquids.

Stopped working after a month. Tried it with various devices and USB ports, the cable is definitely dead.

Cable received not as pictured. It does not have the lip in the end of the cable that allows the cable to connect to iPhones with cases. Original ones sold 2 years ago had the lip but not the current models being sold. Disappointing!

Please update your photo of this black braided lightning cable. It’s not as pictured. The cable pictured has a lip in the end that allows you to connect the cable to iPhones that have a case without needing to remove the case. The cable sent has no lip on it which means you have to remove the case in order to connect the cable. Disappointing especially because I bought this same cable from you 2 years ago that has the lip and worked extremely well with my iPhone with case
