I have purchased this product many times from you. Sometimes certain ink will not be used for a few months. I can y truthfully, that I have never experienced a problem. thank You Regarding the extra black that I had to purchase to make the Free Shipping. I have never seen you charge $ 16.00 plus change for one ink. I was Shocked, , if I had to pay that much for all colours, I would purchase from someone else. I rarely touched our colour printer because I was in dread of having to replace the absurdly expensive cartridges! Now, I use it all the time because these work perfectly and I don't feel like I'm being ripped off every time I print in colour. Value and quality...my personal favourites :) One hundred and fifty gold stars for these!!
